are the US & International shipping rates and how do they work? Questions/Answers: 1. What are the US & International shipping rates and how do they work? US & International packages will be shipped insured. No exceptions. For multiple winning items, the shipping rate will be calculated based on the merchandise total for all auctions won within 5 business days.2. What are your shipping options? US Orders: UPS Ground (3-7 business days) = cost is based on the sale price of the item. Please refer to eBay item listing. Express Shipping (next business day) = $64.95 for the first item, plus $5.00 for each additional item shipped with the same order. Canadian Orders: Priority mail International (7-14 business days) = cost is based on the sale price of the item. Please refer to eBay item listing. Express mail International (3-5 business days) = $79.95 for the first item, plus $5.00 for each additional item shipped with the same order. International Orders: Priority mail International (7-14 business days) = cost is based on the sale price of the item. Please refer to eBay item listing. Express mail International (3-5 business days) $79.95 for the first item, plus $5.00 for each additional item shipped with the same order. 3. How do I track my item? Once your order is shipped, US & International customers will receive an email confirmation. US customers will receive a tracking number and a direct link to their tracking information on the UPS website. 4. What do I do if my shipment never arrives or arrives damaged? If you track your item and UPS requests further information for delivery, please contact them at 1-800-PICK-UPS with your tracking number and necessary information.
If your item never arrives, please contact us and we will file a trace on the package with UPS. Once the claim process has been completed, and your package has been deemed lost/stolen we will refund you the full purchase price including shipping. The UPS claim may take up to 30 days to complete. Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, please save all packing materials and the original box/bag it was received in. UPS will inspect all items as part of their claim process. Contact us and we will schedule UPS to pick up the package. We will then file an insurance claim. Once UPS has completed their investigation and if your item(s) have been deemed damaged/non-replaceable in shipment we will issue you a full refund including shipping. The UPS claim may take up to 30 days to complete. 5. Can I have an item delivered to a P.O. Box? Yes, we will ship to P.O. boxes, remote, or rural areas with USPS Priority Mail insured. Please contact us prior to checkout for this option. We will have to manually enter the shipping carrier at checkout. You will receive a revised invoice to include the carrier as USPS Priority Mail insured . 6. Can I combine shipping for more than one order? Multiple Winning Bidder: We offer combined shipping charges for multiple items purchased. To save money on shipping, the shipping rate will be calculated based on the merchandise total for all winning auctions that have closed within 5 business days. 7. Is insurance included? No. Insurance is not included in the standard shipping rates. If you would like to insure your package, please choose to pay the insurance amount indicated at checkout. If you do not choose to pay insurance at checkout, your package will be shipped with no insurance. If your package is lost or stolen, you will not be reimbursed for the purchase amount.
