1.  What is Stylebug.com’s return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept the item(s) back for a store credit of the purchase price minus a restocking fee of $15.00 or 15% (whichever is less). Upon receipt of the item(s), you will be issued a store credit good for any future purchases. You must ship the item(s) back to us within 3 days of your receipt of the item(s).

Returns with a Free Shipping Promotion: If you choose to return an item that was shipped for Free during a FREE SHIPPING Promotion, the shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your return. This fee will depend on the value of the returned merchandise. Please note that original shipping is never refunded.

 

Please note Stylebug.com will NOT accept returns if NEGATIVE FEEDBACK is left for us.

2.  How do I return my item?

Please send the item back unworn and in its original condition. The item must be shipped prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.  Shipping, insurance and handling on returned items are non-refundable.  Once we receive the item on return, we will contact you via email with your store credit amount and information on how to use your store credit.

Please include a completed Merchandise Return Form with your item.

3.  How do I use my store credit?

You have two options to choose from: 

Shop our website: www.stylebug.com 

  1. Browse our website to select the item(s) you would like to purchase.  Please note the  style number(s) and the size(s) of the item(s) you would like purchase. 
  1. Email us at orders@stylebug.com with the following information: 
    1. Style number(s) and sizes of the item(s) you are purchasing
    2. Your full name and email address
  1. You will receive an email invoice reflecting the store credit applied to the order and if necessary, payment options for remaining balance.

  1. Bid on and win eBay auction listing(s) by Stylebug.com.
  1. Email us at shop@stylebug.com with the following information: 
    1. Item number(s) of the auction(s) you have won
    2. Your full name and email address 
  1. You will receive an email invoice reflecting the store credit applied to the order and if necessary, payment options for remaining balance.

4.  When is an item returnable for a refund?

Refunds will be issued for items that are grossly misrepresented on auction or that are received damaged without any mention of the damage in the auction description. 

Items with measurements that are off by +/- one inch are not eligible for a refund.  All measurements are approximate and should be used as a reference. Measurements can vary +/- one inch from the measurements stated. 

The item must be shipped prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.  Depending upon the transaction, shipping may be reimbursed.

Once we receive the item on return, we will issue a refund in the same manner that payment was received.

 5.  How long does it take to process returns?

Returns are processed at the end of the business week for which the item was received.  You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.  Store credits are issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item.
