Questions/Answers: 1. Are all items new? What is the quality of your merchandise? Yes, we only sell brand new merchandise. We do not sell previously owned merchandise. Stylebug carefully inspects all items received in stock, if an item is flawed or damaged in any way we do note the damage in the item description. Stylebug.com has been offering 100% guaranteed authentic luxury designer labels on eBay since 1998. We work closely with reputable fashion suppliers to bring you authentic, up to date fashion in a wide variety of sizes and styles for the modern woman. Authenticity is guaranteed on all items. Please check our exceptional feedback rating. 3. The color description does not match the photo color exactly. Why? Color variations can occur depending on the monitor settings. When in question, please refer to description color. If you are in need of further verification, please contact us. 4. Are the measurements taken directly from the item? Measurements are carefully taken from the actual garment for almost every item we sell. All measurements are approximate and should be used as a reference. Measurements can vary +/- one inch from the measurements stated. If measurements are not provided in an items description, please refer to our womens general size chart. It is important that you compare your measurements with the measurements provided in the size chart, if you fall in the middle of a size we recommend purchasing the larger size. 5. Do you carry more than one size of each item? We have a large inventory of merchandise and there is always a possibility that we will have different sizes available. If you find an item of interest and need a different size, please contact us with the item number and size you are interested in. We will try to accommodate your size, but we cannot guarantee it will be in stock. 6. What if I need further information about an item?
