1. How do I shop Stylebug.com?

We make shopping easy at Stylebug.com. We have conveniently located a “Show me my size” search at the top of each one our eBay listings. Simply click on the size drop down to view items available in your specific size. You can also sort our listings by items ending first, newly listed, lowest priced, and highest priced. Each item is carefully described and clearly pictured for your shopping convenience. If you need further information, we are always available to answer questions. We are adding hundreds of new items weekly, so be sure to check back often.

2. How do I pay for an item I have purchased from Stylebug.com?

After you win an auction listing or have clicked the Buy It Now button you can see the Pay Now button in the following locations:

On the item page.
In My eBay, in the Items I've Won section.
In the confirmation email you receive from eBay.
On the invoice email you receive from eBay on behalf of the seller.

To pay for an item:

Click the Pay Now button.
Provide your shipping information.
Review your purchase, including shipping.
Select your method of payment.
When you pay using PayPal, you go to the PayPal site to review your purchase including the shipping cost.
If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for an account. If you are paying by other payment methods, eBay sends you an email with the address to send your payment and an email to the seller confirming you are sending the payment.
Pay for the item.
If you are paying with PayPal, and click the Pay button from your PayPal account, PayPal sends payment status to eBay, and we are notified of your payment. You will receive an email receipt for this transaction.
If you are paying by check or money order, you need to send the payment through the mail, based on our instructions. Upon receipt of the payment, we will send you a confirmation email. You can always contact us for the shipping status.

3. How long will it take to process my order?

StyleBug processes all orders within (3) three business days. All items are shipped insured. For US customers, a tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.

4. How long do I have to pay for an item?

Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close. You will receive a Payment Reminder email after 5 days of non-payment. Unpaid auctions will be forfeited after 7 days.

5. What happens if I do not pay for an auction I won?

We will contact eBay and file a Non Paying Bidder Alert and your item will be relisted.

6. What payment options does Stylebug.com accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Personal checks will NOT be accepted.

7. Do you charge sales tax?

Delaware is the home of Tax Free Shopping. Sales tax will not be collected.
