14-day Return Policy
We proudly stand behind the quality brand names that we sell. If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly exchange the item or refund
you for the original
purchase price as shown on the receipt. The item must be unworn and in
its original condition and shipped back to
us within 14 days from the date you receive your package.
The credit card that was used to make the purchase will be automatically
refunded.
Clearance items are returnable for store credit only.

Returns with a Free Shipping Promotion
If you choose to return an item that was shipped for Free during a FREE SHIPPING Promotion, the shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your return. This fee will depend on the value of the returned merchandise. Please note that original shipping is never refunded.
Clearance Return Policy
All clearance purchases are returnable for a store credit, provided that the
item is unworn and in its original
condition and shipped back to us within 14 days from the date you receive your
package. Your store credit can be used on any future purchases you make with us
within one
(1) year of the purchase date.

Merchandise Return Form
Complete the Merchandise Return Form found on the back of your invoice.
Pack and Ship Your Return: The item must be shipped prepaid and insured with
the package securely wrapped. Shipping, insurance and handling on returned
items are non-refundable.
Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose the Merchandise Return Form in
your package.

Email Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that your return
has been processed and your account will be credited. You should expect the
credit in your account 10-14
business days after we have received your return.
If you have misplaced your return form, please print out and complete the
Merchandise Return Form. Enclose
the completed form in the box with the returned
item(s).
Quality Control
At Stylebug, we are committed to selling only brand new, first-quality, genuine
designer apparel and accessories.
We do not sell factory seconds, irregulars, or lower quality merchandise.
There are several quality checks on all merchandise before
shipment. Some items may be manufacturer
closeouts and have their label slashed or inked through; this prevents the
return of the merchandise to the designer’s retail store for full retail
value.
