Options and Rates
Stylebug is committed to offering the most reliable and timely shipping
methods. US orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), one
of the largest and most reliable shippers in the world.
When will
my order ship?
Stylebug processes all orders within (3) three business days from the time the
order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not
including holidays.
When will
my order arrive?
Every U.S. order is delivered within seven to ten business days after the order
has left our warehouse, unless a quicker ship method is chosen.
Can I get
my items more quickly?
For Next Day (not available for Alaskan or Hawaiian residents), orders must be
received by Noon (12:00 pm) EST (Monday-Friday). All express orders
placed after 1 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Delivery is
the following business day by Noon.
How can I
ship to an American military address?
To ship to an American military address type APO or FPO in the city field and
select the appropriate AE, AA or AP in the state field.
AA (Armed Forces Americas)
AE (Armed Forces Europe)
AP (Armed Forces Pacific)
Select United States for the country field.

Canadian
Customs General Guidelines on Tax and Duties

Canadian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Canada are
established by Canadian Customs

Anything over $20.00 CAD (including gifts) will be subject to Customs fees

Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are
shipped

PST & GST taxes are generally a 15% fee for residential and non-commercial
shipping. (GST currently at a constant 7% and PST currently varies from 7%-8%)

The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise which is also determined
by Customs

As part of the NAFTA, all items that are made in the USA will be duty free;
however, they are still subject to PST & GST taxes and brokerage fees

International Returns:
Stylebug will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charges
are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused UPS
or USPS will return the package to us and charge us return fees. Stylebug
reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee plus any return fees charged
to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping
costs once an item is refused. Your refund will be processed once we receive
your returned item from UPS or USPS.
